Returning Back To Normal

Thank you so much for all the congratulations! It's so nice having free time now and my appetite is slowly returning back to normal. For yummy things like a breakfast oatmeal bowl with 1/2 a chopped red delicious apple, sliced banana, coconut, chocolate chips, an egg white and Greek yogurt.

And a lunch that began with baked zucchini squash before the star of the show...
the return of my all time favorite pizza. Have you tried this yet? If not, I'm coming over ASAP to make it for you :)
Brown rice tortilla, pumpkin spread with goat cheese, sauteed spinach, 1/2 a red delicious apple, protein choice (this one I used aduki beans), a drizzle of maple syrup, and a sprinkling of cinnamon baked for 15 minutes. Why would I want to starve myself when I can make meals like this? For reals!
And then dinner was spicy veggie tempeh baked with sweet potato fries and zucchini with barbeque sauce.

So many shows and so little time! Dancing with the Stars, American Idol, and Glee. What will you be watching?
On another note, I am not a happy camper. My apartment complex has had no hot water the past couple of days. After speaking to the apt. manager today, she says the boiler is out and they had to order a new one. It will hopefully be fixed by Thursday! What?! I am not enjoying my freezing cold baths :( thankyouverymuch. I have to jump out after about a minute so I'm looking kind of grungy. I might cave and spend the night at my parent's house. A girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do! What's your worst apartment experience?

Umm, I wouldn't mind if you came over and made that pizza for me. It looks incredible!

Worst apartment experience... bats. Yep, not cool. That is what you get for living in a 'cool' old warehouse loft in downtown, I guess!

You have a good point! Food is too good to deny it of yourself! And you're such a great cook that it would be a shame to waste your skills! :) Also, thank you so much for the package!

Ugh, no hot water would stink! (Literally!) Maybe try sponge baths? Idk, it's never happened to me (knock on wood!). My sink in my apartment did get super backed up once this year though...and then when they finally unclogged it, they found a hairball of 8 different colors, since I had 7 roommates. So gross!

First of all, congrats on the graduation and yay for no more tuition! I am so excited for you and your free time. And your move to Austin! So many changes for you and I am so happy for you. Sad though that you won't be moving to California anymore. Hopefully you'll visit though so we can meet up.

I really hope your landlord gets the hot water working ASAP. I can't imagine how painful a cold shower must be!
