I'm having to make some big changes in my life within the next couple of months and you know how emotionally draining that can be. I'm trying to find hope and faith that with the support of families and friends, I might be able to survive these upcoming events. I pray for strength, forgiveness, and peace within myself as I conquer this new battle.
A dear friend that I met through this blog is helping me through this with her encouraging words and amazing spirit. I promised her that I would not give up and continue nourishing my body bye eating and not starving myself.
I managed to fit in two meals today with a couple of snacks in between so I consider that progress even though the guilt of eating still burdened me.
Meal #1: Oatmeal, 1/2 sliced banana, blackberries, carob chips, coconut, and Oikos Greek yogurt.
I picked up some pre-made salmon burgers from Whole Foods later in the day. This burger was made of salmon, spinach, feta cheese, and various spices. Grilled and served along with sweet potato fries, zucchini, and barbeque sauce.
Normally, I would be jumping for joy for trying something new but today it was just another meal I had to choke down.
In time, my appetite will return I hope. Thanks for putting up with me :)

take care <3
I am proud of you for deciding to keep recovering, even though you are going through a hard time right now. In fact, recovery is not just something on a to do list, but instead a lifestyle. Please keep doing your best and know that I will be praying for you. If you ever need someone to talk to, or even a virtual hug, I am here.
Have a lovely day!

Way to go on giving your body the nutrition it needs :) I've definitely been in tough situations where eating seems like the last thing I have energy for, but remember that no matter how difficult life gets, your health is the most important thing. Take some time to take care of yourself love :) xoxo
