Mojo

Check, check, and check. After a LONG night yesterday at Starbucks with my group members from one of my grad classes, we finally put the finishing touches and submitted our 30 page research paper. Thank goodness that's out of the way. Can I just say how much I prefer working on my own then with a group. What a mess trying to coordinate schedules to meet.

Needless to say, I was dragging this entire day but at least I had a kick ass breakfast. In my oats/coconut/walnut/flax combo I added a perfect pear and berries with Oikos blueberry Greek yogurt.

Lunch was my new fave salad of arugula topped with sauteed curry/coconut chicken and apples. And of course the piece de resistance, a cinnamon raisin almond butter sandwich cut up and added to the mix.
After school tutoring, my students and I noshed on Honey Rice Puffins with soymilk. Gasp...they actually liked both!

Dinner: Tilapia hummus pizza with guacamole and baby carrots to round out the day.

My back, head, neck, basically my entire body aches right now. Please don't tell me I'm catching the dreaded flu :( My whole week so far I've felt kinda off...like I've lost my mojo or something. Do you know what I mean? That essence or whatever you want to call it. How do you get your "mojo" back on when you feel like something's missing?

Hmm...how to get mojo back...I may take a nap, or go out for a run, or just kick back and take a break.

I love how you mixed that bread into your salad!

Hello dear! I think at the end of my posts I am just answer any questions asked there so that no one misses them, like Mitri from All in the Oats does. It seems to be easiest!

All your eats look yummy, I adore those guacamole single serving packets. Aren’t they the best!

Have a wonderful day and congrats on finishing up the paper. Hope you feel better
